"Switch From Diesel is a classy filly and she seems to have improved from run to run as the season's gone on. She's very exciting and she's probably as good a horse as I've had for a while. If everything stayed right with her she could be very good next season. The plan is to go to Punchestown and then put her out on summer's grass and go hurdling next year. She did an extra year in bumpers and Paul [Mullins, owner] was keen to do that. That was his plan and he stuck to it. She's turned into a real happy filly and that was very impressive. She has a high cruising speed and she'll make a lovely novice mare next year - Ross O'Sullivan, trainer."

"Playtime is a grand horse, we bought him out of Andrew Balding's. He was very keen early on in his runs and he was a bit keen there again today but he's a grand horse. I'd say it wasn't the strongest race in the world. One of the owners is from Tipperary but three Irish-American fellas own him as well from New York and Florida. Former jockey Mark Madden is involved. The plan will be to go to Far Hills in October I'd say. He'll pay his way during the summer, he wants better ground than that. We'll probably go back on the Flat as well. Mark is from Galway and he's christening his child on the Sunday before Galway this year so I'd say we'll probably have to land there! - Aidan O'Ryan, trainer's representative."

"I thought The First Turn would be too green as it was his first time on grass and while he is a lovely horse, I didn't think he'd win first-time. I won't over race him this year and there is plenty of improvement in him. The owners are from near Punchestown so he could have a break now and go there in the spring. He was a cheap horse but you'd buy enough dear ones that don't work out. He is eligible for the Reds Mills Hurdle series but I might wait until next season for that - Sam Curling, trainer."
