Comment
Inedit d'Amour arrives in sound form after a second last time out, and he has run over today's trip and on this going before. Fresh enough after 23 days, he carries 168 lb off an official mark of 105, though our rating of 126 puts him top of nine; the one concern is that his only win in recent starts came five runs back.

Comment
Falco des Pins arrives in cracking recent form, a second last time out and a winner two and three starts back, and he has run over today's trip and going. The drawbacks are a 227-day absence and 165 lb on his back, while our rating of 104 ranks him only fifth of nine.

Comment
Ker d'Oudairies is winless in his last five, with a fifth last time out, a ninth two starts back and a pulled up three starts back, so he is hard to fancy. He has run on today's going and is back after 16 days, but our figures rank him ninth of nine.

Comment
Winless in his last five, Grain Trade was third last time out but has been off 166 days, and he's a gelding who fell two starts back, so he's hard to fancy under 158 lb. He has run over today's trip and going before, and our figures still rank him seventh of nine.

Comment
Air Apparent is hard to fancy, unplaced last time out and off for 189 days since, and yet to win in his last five starts, though a third two starts back shows he can run respectably. Carrying 164 lb off an official 101, he looks held, ranked eighth of nine on our figures.

Comment
Laristote showed he's in good heart with a third last time out, and a third four starts back shows he can hit the frame, while our 117 puts him third of nine and he has run over today's trip. The one big risk is a 192-day absence, plus 163 lb is a hefty burden.

Comment
Riviera Walk won three starts back and has run over today's trip and going, while our rating of 120 ranks her second of nine, making her a leading threat off 166 lb. The main risk is a patchy record, unseating last time out and returning from 174 days off.

Comment
Masterfield was third last time out and has run over today's trip and going, but he's winless in his last five and returns after 164 days off, which could blunt his edge. Carrying 154 lb off 100, he looks a midfield type, with our rating of 103 ranking him sixth of nine.

Comment
Locquirec is a leading danger on our figures, ranked fourth of nine, and a third five starts back shows he can reach the places. The main risk is a 192-day absence, with a sixth last time out and a fell two starts back hardly screaming sharpness.
