Sea The Stars half-sister to four winners, three useful; dam 7f-1m2f scorer (including Listed); 11-2 for eight-runner maiden at Newmarket (7f, good to firm) last September and challenged 2f out before holding off a pretty useful rival; that was a fine start, including as she's bred for at least 1m2f.

Comment

Won a Newmarket maiden (7f, good to firm) last September and she's bred for at least 1m2f

Stable Tour

"An exciting filly. To win over seven furlongs, with that pedigree, gives us significant cause for optimism. She has an Oaks entry and will run in a trial somewhere. We haven't turned any screws yet, but we saw her ability at two and, hopefully, it will all come together at three. 27-04-26"

Quotes

"Golden Orbit has shown a nice attitude and has galloped all the way to the line. She'll be a nice filly next year - Rossa Ryan, jockey."

By Kingman out of Oaks winner Anapurna; favourite for all three starts and won on debut; second since in Newmarket Listed races over 1m (good to soft) in November and 1m2f (good to firm) 13 days ago, in the latter behind a runaway winner in six-runner field with Esna just over a length back in fourth; better form claims than most and still some potential.

Comment

2nd in two Newmarket Listed races; better form claims than most and still some potential

Quotes

"We're very happy with what Sacred Ground did there. She's a beautifully bred filly and she's only going to get better next year. She was a proper professional there and did the job really well - William Buick, jockey, speaking to Sky Sports Racing."

Half-sister to winners including Eldar Eldarov (1m-14.5f including St Leger; RPR 117) and Kingswood (1m1f/1m2f; 118); second from towards rear in a novice at Lingfield (1m, AW) in December and the same when making most in C&D maiden (good) four weeks ago; no match for serious talents in those races; today's rivals might not look quite as good but she needs to improve markedly.

Comment

2nd twice; today's rivals might not look quite as good as those winners; needs to improve

All three starts as 2yo were on soft, winning a Sandown novice but far better form (the best in this field) when about 2l fourth of eight in 1m Group 1 Marcel Boussac at Longchamp, keeping on well while never able to threaten seriously; fair chance she'll stay 1m2f, judged on that, but she didn't show it when a never-dangerous fourth of six in Newmarket Listed race (good to firm; just over 1l behind Sacred Ground) 13 days ago; hopefully she'll have come on significantly from that run.

Comment

1m 2yo Group 1 fourth at Longchamp, best form in this; just behind Sacred Ground on return

Quotes

"I loved Esna the first time, where she ran a really nice race behind one of Alan King's fillies, who obviously is quite handy. I was confident coming here today, though you don't know about Mr William Haggas' horse [Morshdi], who was well supported in the market but I knew it would take something decent to beat her. She went through the race extremely easily and from the three to the two [furlong poles] she was very much in command. I gave her a smack and she quickened away really nicely and just idled the last half furlong. I didn't want to give her too hard a race on that sort of ground and she's an exciting filly for connections - Charles Bishop, jockey, speaking to Racing TV."

575,000gns foal who's a half-sister to four winners, notably Ambition (1m2f-1m4f, including French Group 2), out of the yard's Oaks winner Talent; followed debut promise by justifying 5-6 favouritism in seven-runner maiden at Nottingham (1m, good to soft) in October; this grade should be a very different proposition for her but it's the same for most of this field.

Comment

Dam won the Oaks; 5-6, won maiden at Nottingham (1m, good to soft) on second 2yo start

Stable Tour

"The first of Talent's offspring I've trained and she was also the first two-year-old winner for her dam. Obviously, I have a soft spot for her, but she's training well and will go for a trial, maybe at Chester. 27-04-26"

Quotes

"It was strong form from Leicester, obviously Lady Roisia was entitled to take a nice step forward. She moved into contention well here today. I thought she would go and kick clear but just showed a bit of greenness inside the furlong. She just rolled around a little bit, so she's value for a little bit more. She's looking at the big screen on the inside and she was left alone out in front with just over two to run, so she's done well - Hector Crouch, jockey."

Useful pedigree and fair form when never dangerous at Doncaster (7f, good) in September on debut; not so good when front-running at Yarmouth (1m, good to soft) six weeks later, hanging markedly left; likely to stay but she needs to leave both pieces of form well behind her.

Comment

Needs to leave both pieces of 2yo form (better on debut) well behind her; likely to stay
