"That was good to see. Damysus has an explosive turn of foot and put it to good use there. He'd done well over winter and has a lot of potential. We knew he'd handle the track as he won well here last autumn. He could go up to a mile and a quarter, but he's not short of speed so he could go back to a mile - Thady Gosden, joint-trainer."

He went over to France at the weekend to run in the Prix Dollar but with the rain it was too soft, so all he did was have his lunch and a good dinner in France and then came back on the train! So, he missed a piece of work while he was eating and sleeping in France, but he has gone and won nicely here today. We are very pleased with him. He won at Deauville over a similar trip. We will put him away now as I can't imagine there is much left for him in our season. I think ten furlongs is right up his alley and we'll start him out next season in the Gordon Richards Stakes at Sandown. I can see the pattern of races now - John Gosden, joint-trainer."

"Notable Speech has got that electric turn of foot. He's tailor-made for this track and the experience at Woodbine has been the making of him coming into a race like today. Will's [Buick] ride there was copybook, if you could've written a script on how to go round there, that was it. "The normal outer turf track here is beautiful, a European style of racing. Now, obviously, we're on the inside track for these races, so it changes the dynamics a lot and our horses find it challenging.I was not going to give up my position on Notable Speech. He's an experienced horse so I could do that with him. You have to be brave for a little bit there, but he was. Once he got into that position, he relaxed beautifully and he got into a nice rhythm. For me, he was winning from there on out - William Buick, rider."

I've not very often believed in a horse as much as this guy. I've had that much belief in him and sometimes you go home at night and think 'have I lost the plot all together?' because that's how he does things, he does it so easily and his change of gear is incredible. The race couldn't have worked out any better, fair play to the team he was in great form today. He's done nothing but improve. He's an out-and-out miler, he's all about speed. "I was very pleased with how well Notable Speech has done physically since the last time I rode him. He's really filled out and I think he's grown a little as well, which is always nice to see. I couldn't be more happy with him. I tested him a little bit today and he had it covered in a stride. I had to try and pick a path with him but he's genuine and easy to deal with and he's got a bright future ahead of him. Obviously at the moment it's all wet [on the grass] so this was a nice opportunity for him to have another run on this surface. He'd handle a little bit of cut in the ground but he's a very fast horse with a low action, so he would like decent ground. He's a speedy miler. It was a really good performance and he deserves to go up in grade now. I thought this was a warm race and he gave away weight to all of them, so I'm delighted - William Buick, jockey."

"No excuses, it was a satisfactory run and I imagine Zeus Olympios got tired in the last half a furlong. He's finished a neck down on Field Of Gold giving him 3lb, so you couldn't say it was a bad run. We're disappointed to have lost our unbeaten record, but I see no reason we won't be heading to the Lockinge off the back of that. He was a few kilos heavier than he was last year and he'll definitely come on for the run - Karl Burke, trainer."

"Zeus Olympios is a lovely horse, a great-natured horse who goes about his work really well and all he's done is physically improve from month to month at home. I thought it [step up to Group 2] might be a little step too far at this stage but it was the last race he could run in and that's shown us exactly where we're going next year. I'd imagine we'd start off in the Lockinge [next season] and that will tell us whether we're staying at a mile or stepping up but he's obviously a horse with a big turn of foot - Karl Burke, trainer.We've liked Zeus Olympios ever since he came to the yard. We had heard a lot about him and that he was a very good horse and with every run he's had he's improved a hell of a lot. He is very tall and I think next year he will fill out a bit stronger. He is a lovely horse with a great attitude. He stayed the trip very well and saw it out nicely so he could step up in trip but at the same time he has plenty of boot underneath him. Flight Plan has got plenty of boot so he was the pace. I had William Buick and Colin Keane upsides me and they just tried to box seat me a little but I made sure I was on the ball - Clifford Lee, jockey."

"I thought it was a very good performance. Zeus Olympios has a great mind and took everything in his stride. William [Buick] said as soon as he jumped and went a furlong, he knew he was sat on a good horse. I was a bit worried whether I was doing the right thing dropping him into this grade, but there's a lack of black type races over this trip. He's only going to improve. I'll speak to Sheikh Mohammed Obaid but I don't really want to throw him in too deep this time round. Next year will be his year - Karl Burke, trainer."

"Zeus Olympios has been working really well at home but he's had his niggles. He's done that quite nicely in a race that didn't feel that strong. I thought going to the 2f pole I was going to pick them up and do it quite easily, but then the greenness kicked in and I had to get after him. "Today was a big challenge. I said to His Highness Sheikh Joaan that I didn't have many options for Sahlan and that he was in very good form and he can quicken. It was a big gamble but I said if he was in the first five it would be fine, we have nothing to lose, and he believed in me and obviously it paid off really nicely today. There was a lack of options and I've always liked the horse. In the Poule d'Essai we had a lot of excuses and then he was sick when he was beaten in the Listed race. He won comfortably in the Group 3 last time. I don't think I'll run him again here on soft ground," he added. "I'll speak to the entourage but if he's well, why not go to the Breeders' Cup Mile? We'll probably keep him as a four-year-old - Francis Graffard, trainer."

"I've always thought plenty of Sahlan but he's not been straightforward and was actually sick last time so he couldn't show that acceleration. We decided to ride him cold today and get him covered up on the inside. They went hard and he really showed his class. He has a real turn of foot when you get him to switch off and has a lot of quality. We'll have to see how he comes out of this race but the mile is his trip and, as long as the ground stays good, we might have a look at the Moulin, where he would have nothing to lose - Francis Graffard, trainer."

I think More Thunder is better going fast Tom came in and said if we run over this trip again they'll need to go hard. He feels 6f is his best distance. I think he deserves a shot at a Group race now. We had wanted to go up to seven at some stage and today was a good opportunity. We'll have a crack at a six-furlong sprint now ? he's in everything. "The Lion In Winter broke smart there and Ryan gave him a very uncomplicated, straightforward ride. They just went an even gallop but he found plenty when Ryan asked him. He looks a very nice colt so I'm delighted for everyone. We always thought he'd get further than seven. We came here with the view he'd go back [to the Curragh] for the Goffs Million and we'd get good experience by coming here. "We always thought Dancing Gemini could do what he has done today and that is why we were pitching him in all the Group races last year. Unfortunately, it was such a wet summer last year and we never got a chance. Everyone kept labelling him a soft ground horse but he's not a soft ground horse. I was delighted to see him win like that again today. I know some of the field will improve for today but Mr Fabre's horse was fit and he's no mug - he was third behind us in the French Guineas when we were runner-up. Haatem is also a serious horse. The Lockinge and the Prix d'Ispahan are the options now. We've got to get him a Group 1 and we'll do what is best for him so it's not decided yet. We'll see how the dust settles after today - Roger Teal, trainer."

"That was really impressive. We've held Dancing Gemini in high regard all year and he did a piece of work last week that was breathtaking. I knew we had him in good shape coming into today and I said to Lewis if he can back up that bit of work you'll be going pass that lollipop in front. It was a very nice performance. We won this with Tip Two Win and he could possibly be as good. He's got a similar profile, he's got speed, he's got a turn of foot and he's got a good cruising gear. He's in the Futurity here but we'll play it by ear, we'll see how he comes out of today. If all's well and the owner is happy we might take a punt on it. If not we'll leave him for next year, maybe do a trial and go on to the Guineas - Roger Teal, trainer."

"Dancing Gemini in probably one of the nicest two-year-olds already. We don't get many but we know when we've got a good horse and I've got a lot of butterflies about this horse. He's still a tad green but he went away nicely and he was very professional - Roger Teal, trainer."

Seven is a lovely trip for him, he is in the handicap at Leopardstown next Saturday, so we will see how he comes out of it, if not, we will find another little race for him and probably try him in stakes company from seven to a mile.
